Please Include..

Your name.
Date ordered.
Information concerning whether you were charged or not.
The name of the person search you ordered (type of search).
The subjects name.
The email address that you used on the order form.

This information will help our customer service reps locate your order in less time. If you do not know all the above please include as much information as possible.

Most searches are available within 1-4 days starting the day your ordered. If you ordered a search on the weekend, your order will be available in number of days starting on Monday. You should also receive a auto reply to your email address that you used on the order form. This email also has information about how long each search takes and other helpful information.
